It's kinda creepy, but kinda not. The distorted body contrasts heavily with the style and shading of the face and the arm/hand.

that weathered look of his face is great
the man who's been through something and some more in his life
probably not a factory worker though, i suspect him to be something of a sailor
obviously his strong features hide something dark and disturbing
which is what i like
his small arm makes it even more so
very nice
